Application Permissions and Access Controls
Managing permissions and access controls is crucial to effectively using Asset 360 and its features. The following list represents an overview of the permissions needed for different aspects of the Salesforce platform constructs, Asset 360 application entities, objects, and fields:

Standard Objects Permissions
This section lists the standard objects used in Asset 360.

Some of the objects are applicable only to customers with a Salesforce Field Service license. If you cannot access any of the new features in your org, contact your ServiceMax Account Executive or ServiceMax Support.
Asset 360 functional entity is a Salesforce object either introduced by the Salesforce platform or introduced in the Asset 360 package. The following table lists the details of the standard objects for Asset 360.

Flows Permissions
The best practice flows for Asset 360 combine best-practice processes and Salesforce flows. They serve as a guide and starting point for business administrators when making key decisions in the design and functionality within the Salesforce Field Service and Asset 360 solutions.
The flows are meant to be used as a mechanism to analyze existing customer processes against the flows. By conducting a gap analysis, the business administrator and/or implementer can identify any additional forks or decision points in the processes due to diverging business units.

All the 23 R2 flows are in an Active state out-of-the-box to be consumed by the users.
All the 23 R1 flows are in an Inactive state when the org is upgraded to the 23 R2 package. If you want to use the old flows, you can make them Active from Setup > Flows.
Permission Set: Permission set for a flow means the user must have the required permission set for the objects and their fields associated with a flow. Ensure to have the minimum permission set required for the objects and their fields associated with the flow for a seamless user experience.
