Prerequisites
Since ServiceMax Asset 360 is a native application built and hosted on the Salesforce Field Service platform, knowledge of basic Salesforce administration and standard capabilities of the Salesforce application is useful. This includes navigation, creating/updating/deleting records, creating reports and dashboards, and managing users, profiles, and sharing settings.
