Creating Product Request
To create a product request for a depot return order in order to return a repaired item back to the customer:
1. Launch the Return Order for which you want to create a product request.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Depot Actions > Create Product Request. The Create Product Request From Return Order page is displayed.
3. Specify the following mandatory details.
◦ Shipment Type: Select a shipment type from the drop-down list
◦ Need By Date: Select a date and time by when you need the item
◦ Source Location ID: Search and select the Source Location ID
4. Add a Product Request Line Item with the asset details.
5. Click Next. You are redirected to the Product Request details page.
