Creating Product Request
To create a product request for a depot return order in order to return a repaired item back to the customer:
1. Launch the Return Order for which you want to create a product request.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Depot Actions > Create Product Request. The Create Product Request From Return Order page is displayed.
3. Specify the following mandatory details.
Shipment Type: Select a shipment type from the drop-down list
Need By Date: Select a date and time by when you need the item
Source Location ID: Search and select the Source Location ID
4. Add a Product Request Line Item with the asset details.
5. Click Next. You are redirected to the Product Request details page.

The Create Product Request option is available only for the depot return orders with Completed or Closed status.
If you want to leverage transactions in place of flows, you must run the following post-install script with the override flag.
