Completing Work Order
To complete a work order:
1. Launch the work order that you want to complete.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Work Order Management > Complete Work Order. The status of the work order is changed to Completed.

The Complete Work Order option is available only for Remote and Depot Work Order.
The Complete Work Order option is available only for the work orders with In Progress status.
* 
At this step, the work order has reached the Service Completion milestone.
