Completing Work Order
To complete a work order:
1. Launch the work order that you want to complete.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Work Order Management > Complete Work Order. The status of the work order is changed to Completed.

• The Complete Work Order option is available only for Remote and Depot Work Order.
• The Complete Work Order option is available only for the work orders with In Progress status.

At this step, the work order has reached the Service Completion milestone.
