Creating Customer Owned Asset
To create a customer-owned asset:
1. Launch the customer location for which you want to create the asset.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Stock Location Actions > Create Customer Owned Asset. The Create Customer Owned Asset from Location page is displayed.
3. Enter Product ID and Serial Number as mandatory actions and update relevant fields.
4. Click Next. The asset is created and you are redirected to the Asset details page.
