Creating Case
To create a case from an asset:
1. Launch the asset for which you want to create a case.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Asset Actions > Create Case. The Create Case From Asset page is displayed.
3. Verify the fields for correct details.
4. Click Next. The case is created and you are redirected to the Case Details page.

If the Perform Auto-Entitlement checkbox is selected while creating the case, entitlement is populated automatically.
Even if the Perform Auto-Entitlement checkbox is selected while creating the case, the Entitlement Verification History record is not created.
The Entitlement engine should populate the Milestones automatically. But currently, the Milestones are not auto-populated after the case is created. It is populated when you edit the case and save it.
