Creating Remote Work Order
To create a remote work order from a Case:
1. Open the case for which you want to create a remote work order.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Case Actions > Create Remote Work Order. The Create Remote Work Order From Case page is displayed.
3. Update the required fields, and click Next. The remote work order is created. You are redirected to the Work Order page.

If the Perform Auto-Entitlement checkbox is selected, the entitlement is inherited from the Case to the Remote Work Order instead of getting inherited from the Service Contract.
