Beginning Work Order Investigation
To start investigating the work order:
1. Launch the work order for which you want to start the investigation.
2. Navigate to Service Process Wizard > Work Order Management > Begin Investigation. The status of the work order is changed to In Progress.

• The Begin Investigation option is available only if the work order status is New and the Entitlement is performed.
• The Begin Investigation option is not available for Field Work Order in browser UI. But you can set this option through SPM Wizard.

At this step, the work order has reached the Service Response milestone.
