Service Board Integration Tasks
The first phase of the Service Board implementation process is to prepare the Salesforce environment with a dedicated Salesforce org and a ServiceMax version upgrade. Next, you file a support request to have a Service Board tenant instance created. Then, you configure Job and Appointment status, and then initial and real-time data sync. The final phase is to complete post-sync configuration tasks.
