After you prepare the Salesforce environment, the next phase of the integration process is to create and deploy a Service Board instance. After you install the Service Board extension on the Salesforce org, you file a support request to have a tenant instance created, configure Job and Appointment status and data sync, and perform additional configuration tasks to complete the implementation process.
