Rebuilding the Search Index
After you create or update Max tenant instances, you rebuild the search index. Reindexing time depends on the number of records in the instance. For example, processing time for 65,000 records can take 3 to 5 minutes.
To rebuild the search index:
1. Launch Max Admin, and then on the System Management (
) launchpad menu, expand the System Management section and click Rebuild Search Index.
