Synchronizing Service Board-to-SFDC Status Transitions
When you customize status transitions after initial sync is configured during Service Board implementation, you must synchronize your modifications before updates can take effect.
To synchronize Service Board-to-Salesforce status transitions:
1. On the Salesforce org, open the Code Snippet object and delete Code009.
2. In Max Designer, click Developer Tools (
) > > , and then in the list view, click Init Sync Status Transition JSON.
) > > , and then in the list view, click Init Sync Status Transition JSON.3. On the record page, on the System Info tab, confirm that the Active check box is selected, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close (

).4. Check the list to see if any other Initial Sync Action records are active, and if so, open and deactivate those records.
5. Reopen the newly modified Init Sync Status Transition JSON record, and then in the top right corner, click Options (
