Post-Sync Configuration Tasks
After you create and deploy a Service Board instance and set up initial and real-time sync, you can configure objects, fields, and relationships to support any organizational needs that are not addressed by out-of-the-box functionality. To continue the implementation process, you next review system administrator role assignments and permissions. You then configure OAuth authentication and create Salesforce redirects and buttons. Finally, you can optionally configure partner authentication for Salesforce communities. After you complete these tasks, you customize the implementation to meet your organization's needs, and use Package Manager to migrate your customizations from your sandbox tenant to your production tenant.
