Information about goodies

This section contains a collection of useful tools available with Creo Elements/Direct Modeling to make certain tasks more convenient. When using the provided tools please consider the following:

• no further help information exists than what is provided in the sections mentioned below
• please read the available information carefully in order to avoid incorrect use
• in general the tools are not localized
• in later versions of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling a tool may be modified or replaced by other tools
• syntax compatibility with further revisions cannot be guaranteed
• quality, stability and functional completeness may not be up to your expectations
• tools provided in this section are not part of your support contract

Platform dependencies

• Not all the tools are available on all platforms.
• you load goodies by entering

     (load "tool")
  

  in the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling command prompt or in a customization file. There is no need to have a path in front of the filename.
  Note: tool in the example above is a placeholder for the real filename of a goodie which you want to load. Please refer to the specific documentation below.
