Group Settings Manager
The section explains how to manage the configurations and copy the configurations for the ServiceMax group profiles.
Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Console > Group Settings Manager to view the group profiles.
A list of all active ServiceMax group profiles is displayed. You can view the following fields.
• ServiceMax Group Profile - The profiles are alphabetically sorted.
• Last Edited by - Displays the last edited user name.
• Last Edited on - Displays the last edited date and time.
To manage configurations:
1. Click the action menu at the end of the row for the group profile.
2. Click Manage Configurations to manage the configurations.
You can configure the following for the selected profile.
Copy Configurations
To copy a configuration:
1. Click the action menu at the end of the row for a group profile.
2. Click Copy Configurations.
3. Select the configuration(s) to copy.
4. Click Next.
5. Select the Group Profile to copy the configurations.
6. Click Copy.
7. Click Copy Configurations in the confirmation dialog box.
8. Click Close.
