ServiceMax Go app is a unified app that brings feature similarity to phone and tablet devices for iOS, Android, and Windows. Based on your device form factor, the app utilizes an optimized layout targeted for each form factor.

The app is configured using ServiceMax Service Flow Manager, which provides the ability to design and deploy your business processes across multiple platforms and devices. This translates to easy implementations and a minimal learning curve for the technicians. The app sends and receives data by utilizing the Sync Gateway.
