Configuring Timesheet Refresh
The application allows you to configure the on-demand refresh of timesheets in the Go app. When enabled, this feature empowers technicians to instantly refresh their timesheets directly from the Go app without needing server-side Timesheet engine processing to be completed.
Prerequisite
Upgrade to the Core 23.2 server package.
Perform the following steps to enable the on-demand timesheet refresh.
1. Log in to the org with your valid credentials.
2. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Console. The Mobile Console screen is displayed.
3. Click Group Settings Manager, then click Manage Configurations from the dropdown menu of the user profile.
4. Navigate to Timesheets > General.The Timesheet General Settings screen is displayed with the Timesheets tab.
5. Click the Allow Refresh Timesheets toggle button to turn it on.

By default, the toggle button is turned off.
6. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed after successful validation.

A Refresh button is available in the Go app when the on-demand timesheet refresh option is enabled.
