Enabling Events Outside the Configured Event Window
The app enables you to control the option to display future events outside the Sync Event window. This feature is also known as the Extended Event Window. It allows technicians to view additional events outside the configured event window.
Perform the following steps to configure the extended event window.
1. Log in to the org with your valid credentials.
2. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Console.The Mobile Console screen is displayed.
3. Click Group Settings Manager, then click Manage Configurations from the dropdown menu of a user profile.
4. Navigate to Calendar > General. The General Event Settings page is displayed.
5. In the Visibility tab, select the Download Events outside the Configured Event Window toggle button to enable it.
6. Enter the number of days in the Days outside of Event Window to Download field to display the events for these days.
 | • You must enter a number between 1 to 365. The default value is 14. • An error message is displayed if you enter values outside the range.  |
7. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed after successful validation.
