In addition to the automated tools available in
Service Board with which you can
schedule multiple Jobs and
Appointments, you can also manually schedule single
Resources to
Jobs or
Events, create
multiple Appointments or
Events, or schedule multiple
Resources to complete a single
Job. When you schedule a
Resource to a
Job, you can
quickly identify other Jobs that are located nearby or that involve the same
Installed Product. To optimize
Resource time usage, you can
modify Appointments to handle those related
Nearby Jobs, or to better support multiple-
Resource assignments. To easily dispatch a group of
Jobs that have dependencies, you can
use the Dependent Jobs option. Additionally, you can
schedule Crews to complete large and complex
Jobs, and
import data from popular project-management software tools to create
Projects and
convert their associated tasks into Appointments that you can then track and manage in
Service Board.
