Modifying Appointments
To modify Appointments:
1. On the Calendar, select one or more Appointments to edit, reassign, or reschedule by doing one of the following:
Click an Appointment block.
Hold down the CTRL key (Windows) or Command key (Mac), and then drag a rectangle around the group of Appointment blocks you want to select.
*
Multiple-Appointment selection is available only on the Scheduler Calendar on the Scheduler tab. You cannot use this selection method for Crew Resource Appointments, Project Tasks, or nonreschedulable or completed Appointments. Context menus are not available for individual Appointments within selected Appointment groups.
2. To reschedule Appointments without changing other values such as Name or Assigned to Resource, drag and drop the relevant Appointment blocks into a new time slot on the Calendar.
*
If configured, Service Board automatically adjusts Appointment start times in cases where Travel Time to Location values for updated Appointments conflict with scheduled times for previous Appointments or Events in the same work shift.
3. To quickly modify appointment Start and End times, on the Calendar, click the resize handle on the left or right edge of an Appointment block and drag to the desired time.
*
You can also use this method to modify Appointments on the Multi-Resource Calendar and Crew Resources in Crew Manager. You cannot use this method to modify Crew Resource Appointments, completed or nonreschedulable Appointments, and Appointments created from Project Tasks. Resizing is disabled when the CTRL (Windows) or Command (Mac) keys are held down or when multiple Appointments are selected. Firefox is supported only for versions 75 and later.
4. To edit multiple values for a single Appointment, on the Calendar, click its block, and then on the context menu, click Edit Appointment.
5. In the Edit Appointment dialog box, modify any of the following options.
