Checkbox

This field allows the users to select (checked) or clear (unchecked) the checkbox using two clicks.

Currency

This field displays the value and the currency symbol as per the Currency ISO Code value set on the record.

Date

This field provides a date picker to choose the date. In the date picker, the first day of the week is Sunday by default.

To change the first day of the week, use the SET009 setting and set the value to either User Locale or any other day. The 'User Locale' option displays the first day as per the logged-in user's locale. For more information, see SET009.

DateTime

This field provides a date picker to choose the date and the time in dd:mm:yyyy and hh:mm format. For more information, see Date and Time Fields.

Email

This field includes the Email addresses of Accounts, Contacts, and Technicians.

Geolocation

This field is used to specify the location of a specific user. This field is not supported in Classic and SFM Lightning Delivery.

Number

This field includes numbers like quantity, price, and so on.

Percent

This field displays the % symbol along with the numeric value.

Picklist

This field displays a list of values from which only one option can be selected. For more information, see Picklist Fields.

Multipicklist

This field displays a list of values from which multiple values can be selected. For more information, see Multipicklist Fields.

Lookup Field

This field is an autocomplete field that searches against a database object. For more information, see Lookup Field.

Phone

This field includes Technician and Contact phone numbers.

URL

This field includes URL fields such as websites and URLs.

Text

This field includes a combination of letters and numbers.

Text Area

This field is displayed as multiple lines of text up to 255 characters.

Text Area (Long)

This field is displayed as multiple lines of text up to 131,072 characters.

Text (Encrypted)

This field is used for card details and other such information. The data in the fields are masked as per the field meta property definition in the page layout.

Time

This field displays a drop-down list to select a time in HH:mm format.
