Time Fields
The Time field displays a drop-down list to select a time in HH:mm format. The Time datatype field is supported in the layout editor and SFM mapping editor for the admin to configure field and value mappings.
If time is not specified, then the default value of 12:00 PM in case of 12-hour format or 12:00 in case of 24-hour format is set.

Timezone conversion is not applied on the Time field when saving or retrieving the value.
