The Administrative Console is your primary tool to set up Organizations by adding users, creating Official Groups, and assigning roles. You can also use the Admin Console to send Broadcasts, create Broadcast Lists, and view activity metrics for Messages including opened, received and click-through rates, as well as analytic reports and system status information.

When you click Open Zinc Admin on your Settings page in Zinc Desktop or Zinc Web, the Administrative Console window appears with the Users Tab selected.
