About Zinc Administration
As a Zinc administrator, you handle a wide range of tasks that vary depending on your admin tier.
Most of your day-to-day activities happen in the Administrative Console, where you can:
• Create and manage Organizations.
• Manage user memberships in Organizations and Official Groups and configure User Profiles.
• Create and configure Official Groups and Hotline Groups.
• Define and update Broadcast access rights and Broadcast Lists, and send and manage Broadcasts.
• Manage and configure security settings.
• Create bots to push information from external systems into Zinc.
• Analyze and monitor Zinc activity, performance, and system status.
