About Broadcast Management
Broadcasts are one-way Messages that you can use to push important information to users, and are often used to send safety alerts, updated instructions or directions, and team updates from management. Broadcasts also include metrics such as timestamped receipts that allow senders to see read and click-through rates.
Access rights to send Broadcasts are based on admin roles. Users with the following roles can send Broadcasts:
Organization Admins
Can edit, send, and expire any Broadcast they send.
Can edit and expire any Broadcast that other admins send.
Can send Broadcasts to all Folders, Official Groups, or individuals within their Organization.
Can send to any Broadcast List they create.
Team Admins
Can edit, send and expire any Broadcast they send.
Can send Broadcasts to any Official Groups to which they are assigned as admins.
Can send Broadcasts to any Broadcast Lists, Folders, or Official Groups they create or over which they are granted admin rights.
Must be part of an Official Group, or be granted rights by the admin before they can send Broadcasts to that Official Group.

Users granted All Organization Access
Can edit, send, and expire Broadcasts to any Official Group in the Organization and to the All Users group.
Cannot edit or expire Broadcasts sent by other users.
After you send Broadcasts, they are listed on the Broadcasts Tab, where you can manage, edit, and expire them. The following metrics appear for Broadcasts:
Seen: The number of users who either dismissed an Urgent Broadcast, tapped or clicked a link included in a Broadcast, or viewed an Informational Broadcast in the Broadcast Content Hub.
Opened For: The elapsed time during which Urgent Broadcasts were displayed on users' screens before dismissal. Not calculated for Informational Broadcasts.
Clicked Through: The number of users who clicked or tapped a link included in a Broadcast, if applicable.
To gain deeper insight into which users viewed or interacted with a Broadcast, you can click its name to view its summary page, which also provides a recipient list, a preview, and options to edit or expire the Broadcast.
