Modifying Admin Privileges
If you have the Organization Admin role, you can change the admin role of any Administrator in your Organization.

Team Admins and Broadcasters cannot change admin roles for other users.

To modify admin privileges:
1. In the Administrative Console, in the left pane, click Users, and then on the Users tab, click the name of the user whose admin role you want to modify.
2. On the User Profile page, click Role, and then in the Role section, click the admin tier you want to assign to the user.
