Granting Admin Privileges
If you have the Organization Admin role, you can promote non-admin users to admin roles in your organization.

Team Admins and Broadcasters cannot promote other users to admin roles.
To grant admin privileges:
1. In the Administrative Console, in the left pane, click Users, and then on the Users tab, click a user's name.
2. On the User Profile page, in the Role section, click the admin tier you want to assign to the user, and then click Save.

The Host permission allows users to enable Guest Connect Links, which is a separately licensed add-on option. To add this feature to your Zinc license, contact your account manager.
