Managing Org Settings
In the Administrative Console, you can change your Organization's name. You can also configure Clear settings, which control the amount of time messages are retained before they are automatically deleted. This capability supports increased organizational security by defining the time intervals at which every message sent or received by someone in your Organization is removed from your systems.

Official Groups can have their own Clear settings, which override Organization-wide settings. For more information, see Managing Settings.

To manage Organization settings:
1. To rename your Organization, in the Settings tab, click the Organization Name section and enter a new name, and then click Save.
2. To configure Clear settings, expand the Clear section and click an option, and then click Save.
