Granting Host Permissions
To enable members of Official Groups to access the Guest Connect Links option, you must grant the Host permission at the user level.

• The Guest Connect Links feature is a separately licensed add-on option. To add this feature to your Zinc license, contact your account manager.
• To perform the steps in this procedure, you must have the Organization Admin role.

To grant Host permissions:
1. In the Administrative Console, in the left pane, click Users, and then on the Users tab, click a user’s name.
2. On the User Profile page, in the Role section, select the Host check box, and then in the bottom right corner, click Save.
