Creating New Conversations
You can create new one-on-one Conversations in various ways.
To create new Conversations:
1. On the Conversations Tab (
), do one of the following:
), do one of the following:◦ In Zinc Desktop, in the top right corner of the Conversations List, tap or click New Message (

).◦ In Zinc Mobile, in the bottom right corner, tap Mode (
), and then on the Mode Screen, tap or click Message (

), and then on the Mode Screen, tap or click Message ().2. Type or tap the name of the teammate you want to contact, and then do one of the following:
◦ In Zinc Desktop, in the text box at the bottom of your screen, type your message.
◦ In Zinc Mobile, click Continue, and then in the text box at the bottom of your screen, type your message.
3. Alternatively, navigate to the user profile of the teammate you want to contact and tap or click one of the following, and then compose your message.
