Searching for Messages
Busy field service teams can and often do exchange high volumes of Messages. To quickly find information in previous Conversations, you can search for Messages across all of Zinc. You can also search within Conversations for Messages.
To search for Messages:
1. To search for Messages across all Conversations, on the Conversations Tab (
), tap or click Search (
).
), tap or click Search (). | On iOS devices, swipe down from the top of the Conversation List to reveal the search box. |
2. To search within a Conversation, on the Conversations Tab, tap or click its name, and then do one of the following:
◦ In Zinc Mobile, at the top of the Conversation Screen, tap the name of the Conversation, and then on the Details Screen, tap Search Messages.
◦ In Zinc Desktop, in the top right corner, click Info (
), and then on the Details screen, click Search Conversation.
