Archiving Conversations
At this time, Zinc does not support Conversation deletion. However, to reduce the number of entries in your Conversations Tab, you can archive Conversations and revisit them later if more Messages are sent.
To archive Conversations:
• Do either of the following:
◦ In Zinc Mobile, on the Conversations Tab (
), long-press a Conversation, and then tap Archive.
), long-press a Conversation, and then tap Archive.
◦ In Zinc Desktop, on the Conversations Tab (), hover over a Conversation you want to archive, and then on the far right side of the Conversation card, click Archive (
