Working With Messages
You can create Conversations in text, voice, or video mode. Text-based Conversations are composed of Messages, with which you can do any of the following:
• Edit and delete Messages after you send them.
• Search for Messages.
• Mute, archive, and export Conversations on Zinc Web and Zinc Desktop, and mute and archive Conversations on Zinc Mobile.
• Share your location and send photos, videos and audios, and files to your colleagues.
• Use Hands-Free Mode to send and receive text-based Messages via voice.
• Create connected Conversations about ServiceMax and Salesforce objects.

• When Messages are sent to you or you are added to Conversations at times when you are signed out of Zinc apps, you receive an email notification with a button you can click to view them.
• Conversation export support is no longer available in Zinc 7.0 Mobile and later. You can still export Conversations from all other Zinc client apps.
