Working With Salesforce Multi-Assign Events
To invite attendees who are active Salesforce Users and Partner Users and delete child Events, you can use Salesforce and sync your changes to Service Board.

Do not use Salesforce to invite Leads, Contacts, or Resources.
When child Multi-Assign Events are created or declined in Salesforce, sync to Service Board can be delayed by as long as 5 minutes. This sometimes happens because the Sync Event Relations system job runs every 5 minutes to sync newly created or declined Multi-Assign Events to Service Board. Your Service Board system administrator can adjust the frequency at which this system job runs. However, setting the frequency to a value smaller than 5 minutes can have negative impacts on Service Board performance, and is therefore not recommended.
When child Multi-Assign Events are deleted in Salesforce, sync to Service Board can be delayed by as long as 30 minutes. This sometimes happens because the Sync Deleted Event Relations system job runs every 30 minutes to sync deleted Multi-Assign Events to Service Board. Your Service Board system administrator can adjust the frequency at which this system job runs. There is no sync delay when parent Multi-Assign Events are deleted from Salesforce.
