Removing Multi-Assign Event Attendees
You can remove some or all of the attendees from a Multi-Assign Event by deleting child or parent Event blocks from the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar or the Scheduler Calendar. When you remove a parent Multi-Assign Event, all of its associated child Events are also deleted.

Multi-Assign Event functionality must be enabled by your system administrator, and is supported only for Salesforce Events. Multiple-assignee support is unavailable for ServiceMax Events.

To remove attendees:
1. To remove attendees on the Scheduler Calendar, click a child or parent Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Delete Event.
2. In the confirmation box, do either of the following:
◦ To delete a child Event, click Delete.
◦ To delete a parent Event, click Yes.
3. To remove attendees on the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, click a child or parent Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Delete Event.
4. In the confirmation box, do either of the following, and then click Save & Exit.
◦ To delete a child Event, click Delete.
◦ To delete a parent Event, click Yes.
