Editing Multi-Assign Events

• Multi-Assign Event functionality must be enabled by your system administrator, and is supported only for Salesforce Events. Multiple-assignee support is unavailable for ServiceMax Events.
• You can edit only parent Multi-Assign Events. Child Multi-Assign Events are read-only, so to update their settings, you must edit the associated parent Event. You can edit Multi-Assign Events in the Scheduler Calendar or the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar.

To edit Multi-Assign Events:
1. To edit parent Multi-Assign Events on the Scheduler Calendar, do any of the following:
◦ Click a parent Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Edit Event.
◦ Drag a parent Multi-Assign Event block to a different location, or resize the block on either side.
◦ Click a child Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Edit Parent Event.
2. To edit parent Multi-Assign Events by viewing details about their associated child Events, on the Scheduler Calendar, click a child Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the context menu, click View Event.
3. In the View Event dialog box, in the warning message at the top, click to edit the parent Event.
4. To edit parent Multi-Assign Events on the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, do either of the following, and then click Save & Exit.
◦ Click a parent Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Edit Event.
◦ Click a child Multi-Assign Event block, and then on the Event menu, click Edit Parent Event.
