Working With Notifications and Menus
To support expedited dispatch of important Jobs and ease Appointment handling, you can configure notifications and menus.
• On the Job List and Resource List, you can configure push notifications to alert users of new, updated, or deleted Jobs and Resources.
• In high-volume environments, you can shorten the push notification interval to closely monitor Resource availability and support effective load balancing.
• You can configure browser-based slide-out notifications with audio to alert dispatchers that new high-priority Jobs are ready for scheduling.
• You can configure notifications to appear in the Message Center pane.
• You can configure mobile notification time zones and formats to match the preferred settings for technicians.
• On Job Cards, Resource Cards, and Crew Cards, you can configure the items that appear on the Action Menu to provide quick access to frequently used options.
