Configuring Audio Notifications
You can configure audio notifications to play when browser notifications appear. You can use the predefined sound included with Service Board, or upload a custom audio file. You can configure sounds at the system level in System Setting records, and you can override system-level settings for individual users in their User Preference records.
*
The .WAV, .MP3, and .OGG audio formats are supported. For quickest browser downloading, keep file sizes as small as possible. Even when no sound is specified at the system or user level, audio notifications can sometimes play in some browsers or on some operating systems. For example, some browsers might play the default sound set for your operating system.
