About List Views
In Max Designer and Max Admin, list views show data for multiple records in a table format. You can quickly search, review, and update multiple records of the same object type within list views. In Service Board, on the Scheduler and Map tabs, list views appear on the Job List, Scheduler Resource List and Map Resource List, and Asset List. On the Crew Manager tab, list views appear on the Crew Resource List and Crew List. On the Project tab, list views appear on the Project Resource List.
Service Board ships with standard predefined list views that appear by default when you first log in. In addition, you can create custom list views to meet your organization’s needs. For example, you can create filters that show only the Resources available in a specific geographical area. You can also configure the information that appears on Job Cards and quick view panes for Resources, Jobs, Events, and Crews, and change the default views as needed. Additionally, you can define the field order that appears in the job filtering interface.
