User Menu
On the User Menu, you can access and configure user-level settings.

Default language and currency, number format and unit of measurement, date and time and default time zone, plus Calendar start days and weekend days.
Notifications
Notification audio alerts, plus whether time zone difference alerts are enabled for the Create/Edit Appointment dialog box.
Logging and Debugging
Application log levels.
Events & Work Hours
Default Event duration, holiday calendar, shift plan and shift.
Views & Dashboards
Maximum list view records, plus default views, dashboards, and tab states.
Contact Information
Name & Department
Name and employee number and title, organization and department, group and manager, and assistant name.
Contact Information
Email, phone, chat ID, and street address.

If your email address is updated in Salesforce, you must update it manually in Service Board.
Session Information(read-only)
Current Session
Web browser, session start time, and location information.
ServiceMax Version
The current ServiceMax version number.
Sign Out
You can log out and log in as a different user.
