Personalizing Your Views
Service Board ships with predefined color and day and time display settings for the Calendar. On the Application Settings page, you can customize these settings to personalize the way you view information in Service Board.
Nonconfigurable out-of-the-box color settings are defined in System Color Settings, and can be overridden by settings configured in Default Color Settings by your Service Board administrator. You can override these default settings with different color selections if your administrator enables the Enable Color Personalization setting for your Service Board tenant.
Nonconfigurable out-of-the box settings for the days and hours that appear on the Calendar are defined in System Application Settings. By default, all days of the week and hours of the day appear on the Calendar, and these system application settings can be overriden by settings configured by your Service Board administrator in Default Application Settings. You can override these defaults with personalized settings for the days, time intervals, and default time zone that you want to view on the Calendar.
When you schedule Appointments for Jobs located outside your currently selected time zone, start and end times do not automatically adjust to the appropriate time zone for the Job location. This means that in some cases, Appointments can be scheduled for times outside the working hours for the time zones where Jobs are located. To prevent this issue, you can enable an alert that appears at the top of the Create/Edit Appointment dialog box to notify you when you schedule Jobs to locations outside your currently selected time zone.
