Recommending Multiple Resources
You can use the Recommend Resources option with Jobs configured with Job Requirements that include multiple Qualifications and skill levels that must be handled by multiple Resources.
To recommend multiple Resources:
1. On the Scheduler Job List, click a Job assigned to multiple Resources, and then click Job Action Menu () > Manage Multiple Resources.
2. Select the same Job, and then click Job Action Menu () > Recommend Resources.
3. Below the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, on the Scheduler Calendar, to the left of each matched Resource you want to add to the Job, click Add (), and then click Save.
