Canceling Appointments
When you cancel Appointments, Status values for the associated Jobs return to New.
To cancel Appointments:
1. In the Scheduler tab, on the Scheduler Calendar, select single or multiple Appointments that you want to cancel, and then in the context menu of any selected Appointment block, click Cancel Appointment or Cancel Appointments.
2. In the confirmation box, click Yes.

The Cancel Appointments menu option is available only when multiple Appointments in non-end states are selected.
When Resources are deactivated in Salesforce, the associated Appointments must be manually canceled in Service Board. Resource deletion is not recommended in Salesforce. You can deactivate a technician by clearing the Active check box in the relevant Technician record.
