Configuring Credential Categories
Before you define credentials and add them to Resource records, you must first configure new or existing credential categories.

You can use credential categories as search criteria to find Resources with specific credentials in the Scheduler tab.
To configure credential categories:
1. In Max Designer, on the Developer Tools () launchpad menu, click Object Designer, and then in the left pane, search for and select the Credential Category object.
2. In the left pane, click Records, and then In the list view, in the top left corner, click Create ().
3. On the New Credential Category record page, configure the following options, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
Option
Description
Name
Name for the credential category.
Relative importance
Numerical value between 10 and −10.
Hard Constraint
No: Credential category is optional in Job requirements.
Yes - Must Include: Credential category is mandatory in Job requirements.
Yes - Must Exclude: Credential category is prohibited in Job requirements.
Use Levels in Scoring
Select to enable usage of level information from related qualifications and Job requirements during Resource match score calculation.
