Specifying Job Requirements
To specify Job requirements:
1. In Max Designer, on the Developer Tools () launchpad menu, click Object Designer, and then in the left pane, search for and select Job Requirement.
2. In the left pane, click Records, and then in the list view, in the top left corner, click Create ().
3. On the New Job Requirement page, in the Name field, enter a name for the Job Requirement .
4. In the Job field, select the work order for which you are defining this Job requirement, and then in the Credential field, select the relevant credential for this Job requirement.
5. In the Hard Constraint field, select one of the following:
No: There are no hard constraints for this Job requirement.
Yes – Inclusive:This Job requirement is mandatory for Resource assignment.
Yes – Exclusive: This Job requirement is prohibited for Resource assignment.
6. On the Additional Details tab, in the Minimum Level field, enter a numerical value to represent the minimum level of expertise required for the Job, or leave the value blank to use the default Resource recommendation threshold.

When you select a credential from a credential category that is set up to use expertise levels for Resource recommendations, you must specify a numerical value. In these cases, if you leave the Minimum Level field blank, an error message appears.
7. In the Effective Date and Expiration Date fields, select the starting and ending dates for the credential, and then click Save and Close ().
