Work Plan as a Service Pricing Guide
This topic explains how the system calculates pricing for Work Detail lines when Work Plans are used as service components on a Work Order. The scenarios in this topic describe how the pricing engine behaves under different combinations of Work Plan and Service Product entitlement.

• For pricing, the Code011: Advanced Get Price snippet has been enhanced to support work plan and service product pricing. Make sure this snippet is configured in the Debrief SFM process to enable Parts, Labor, and Expense pricing calculations. For more information, see Get Price.
• If the setting, SET020 (Module: Work Order; Submodule: Create Work Order Lines VF) is false, the Advance Get Price code snippet ignores the Is Entitlement Performed check on the Work Order (WO) and calculates price directly on the work detail line. If SET020 is true, you must perform the entitlement check on the Work Order before price calculation. For more information, see Work Order - Create Work Order Lines VF.

When a Work Order is created, the system automatically generates Parts and Labor Work Detail records after the associated Service Tasks are completed. These Work Details are pre-populated with the Service Product and the Work Plan Assignment.

Mapping to Create and Update Part lines.
For more information on how Labor lines map values, see
