The Scheduler is the calendar area in Dispatch Console, wherein you can view the technician or service team calendar. You can also drag and drop work orders directly on the Scheduler to schedule the work orders.

This section describes the various controls and icons in the Scheduler, and illustrates how events are displayed in different colors with hover info.
