Scheduler Refresh
You can refresh the Scheduler manually and also personalize it to refresh automatically.
Automatic refresh happens under the following conditions:
• When you change the start end dates explicitly using the calendar controls. This happens only if you have selected the
Refresh calendar automatically when dates are changed option in the
Configure Technician View > Calendar tab.
• When your ServiceMax administrator has configured an automatic refresh of Scheduler whenever work order grid gets refreshed implicitly (by setting global configuration settings
SET032 and
SET058 to True).
◦ When
SET032 is set to True, technician calendar refreshes when Work Order list is refreshed explicitly (manual refresh or auto-refresh at defined intervals).
◦ When
SET058 is set to True, technician calendar refreshes automatically when Work Order list is implicitly refreshed (on switching Work Order View/Queue or changing Status).
Scheduler is not refreshed automatically when you do the following:
• You zoom out, changing the date range of the Scheduler automatically.
• You scroll the time window by dragging the Scheduler.
You must do a manual refresh after these operations, to get the events for the new time window.

When you refresh scheduler manually or automatically, events of all technicians are fetched for all the service teams/territories.
