Dispatch Console is an HTML5-based ServiceMax application that enables Service Teams and dispatchers to schedule Work Orders on Technicians' calendars. It helps identify open Work Orders and locate the most suitable Service Teams/Technicians by matching Work Order attributes with Service Team/Technician attributes. It enables interactive analysis of technicians' availability and workload using the calendar that displays Technicians' events and the interactive map that displays a technician's daily route.

Dispatch Console is used by call center/dispatch organizations responsible for routing Work Orders to various Service Teams. In some organizations, dispatchers are responsible for identifying a Service Team only. In such cases, the Service Team managers/leaders use Dispatch Console to view the work orders queued to their team and assign/schedule the work orders to their team members.
