This section describes how to use Map effectively and enrich your scheduling experience in Dispatch console.

Dispatch Console Map is a JavaScript-based map. The map is displayed in alignment with both the Work Order Grid and Team/Territory Technician Tree & Scheduler, occupying 100% of the Dispatch Console screen height and 25% of the screen width by default. You can switch off the map by clicking the Hide Map icon at the top right above the Scheduler. You can switch it on again to persist across sessions.
